Born to a family with strong business background ,she began her business career with the Medlace Group of Companies, which included Medlace, Medlace Disposables and Concern India. From Medlace to her current company she never had to look back as she was so determined to get things done in her way and of course she says” good luck and destiny favoured her to reach the heights.”Her journey which started 20 years back is inspirational and admirable and now Parveen Hafeez is a well known name in the business circle.
Parveen is a born leader who has distinguished herself, with an uncompromising focus on maintaining the highest standards of service and attention to detail. She plays a key role by heading the finance department & administration, a key position within the well-diversified organization of Sunrise, comprising of a multi-speciality hospital chain and medical supplies companies.
A nominated member of the Kerala State Women’s Development Corporation, she is also the founder chairperson of the Ladies Forum of Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry .Parveen Hafeez also holds a position in “TiE Kerala” (The Indus Entrepreneurs- an Association Fostering International Entrepreneurship) as Charter Member.
Parveen Hafeez is the Managing Partner of Iware Solutions, a Software Development Company, originally founded to develop customized hospital management solutions and printing management solutions to the prospective customers in India and Middle East. Her vibrant persona, charm and warmth have helped Hher to create an environment of utmost professionalism and good work ethic amongst the staff and management at Sunrise Hospitals.

She is married to Dr. Hafeez Rahman, Gynecologist and renowned Laparoscopic Surgeon and Chairman of Sunrise Hospital Group (Dr. Hafeez Rahman performed more than 1 lakh key-hole surgeries in the world. Parveen Hafeez is the proud mother of three girls. Parveen has many credits to her achievements. She won the “Lions Women Icon Award 2011” from the Trivandrum Branch of Lions club International for her contribution and leadership in promoting women’s empowerment and women participation in business.
One of her remarkable contribution made in this field are that she is being instrumental in organizing numerous motivational programs particularly for women to achieve economic development and supporting all noble deeds for better women empowerment in Kerala. Also she actively participates in Colleges and Schools across Kerala to motivate the young minds in the areas of Personality Development & entrepreneurship.
On the occasion of being selected as one of the three business women from India in 2013 by the Fortune 500 Companies & US Government for a month long “Leaders’ Mentoring Programme in the U.S”, where she was placed with the Vice President of Johnson & Johnson, New York . Parveen was also selected for “Best Women Entrepreneurship 2013 Award” by Kerala’s leading Business Magazine – Dhanam in appreciation of her proactive contribution in women empowerment and women entrepreneurship across the state of Kerala.
She also won “Business Women of the year 2015” by “Unique Times Magazine” at Kochi.
Latest Parveen Hafeez has been awarded as Business icon of the year 2015 by “Ascend 2k15” School of Business Studies, Calicut University.
